
Croissant and Yoga Saturday (All ages)
At Little Bear Woods we have a wonderful woodland. What better way to indulge in nature than to embrace its surroundings. With an early croissants to begin on the fire, we flow into some breathing techniques and endorse ourselves into nature. Mindfulness activities will relax us and encouraging gentle movements will energise and engage us. Finishing with a relaxing thought. Anytime spare will be to enjoy the forest environment.
